Your readers have enough noise

Don’t just fill
an inbox.
Belong in it.

A founder with a point of view. A publication following a fast-moving industry. A business with expertise its customers could use. You have something worth sharing—even if you don’t have a blog.

Bring your notes, your existing writing, and the sources you trust. We shape that context into a publication brief: a clear reader promise, useful takeaways, and a reason to return. AI assists the research and writing; your agreed editorial rules guide the work.

Less starting from scratch.
More showing up with something to say.

Something worth opening

One voice.
So many reasons
to write.

A useful idea. A change that matters. An update that makes your product click. Give every edition a reason to exist.

Original illustrative editions. No customer results or live news are implied.

Five things to settle before the work begins.

A better first week starts with a clearer first email.

Monday morning. The contract is signed, your designer needs the brand files, and your client is asking when they’ll see a draft. The work has started. The handoff hasn’t.

This week, make the kickoff email do five jobs: name the goal, name the approver, ask for essential access, choose a feedback channel, and date the first deliverable.

Keep this one close

Our client onboarding guide turns those five decisions into a checklist you can use before the next project lands.

Good work deserves a good beginning.
The editorial team

Your future editorial routine

From a hundred tabs
to one good email.

Set the direction once. Let the routine run inside your boundaries, with a hold whenever an issue needs your attention.

01 / LISTEN

Find the signal.

Bring your blog, selected feeds, approved sources, and brand context together. Keep the ideas relevant to the people on your list.

Source retrieval + semantic deduplication
02 / EDIT

Make it yours.

Shape the research into an edition with a point of view. Your vocabulary, examples, and editorial boundaries guide the writing.

Source-grounded generation + voice calibration
03 / CHECK

Earn the send.

Check the links, source support, reader promise, and primary action. Weak sources and sensitive claims send the issue to review.

Claim checks + revision-bound approval
04 / DELIVER

Keep your rhythm.

Hand the approved issue to your connected sender on schedule. Check uncertain outcomes before attempting another send.

Timezone-aware scheduling + send reconciliation

A little reader psychology

Attention is borrowed.
Make the next minute
worth it.

Thoughtful structure does more than decorate the email. It helps someone decide why to open, where to look, and what to do next.

The research behind information scent
01

A promise the email keeps.

Specific subject lines and accurate link labels give readers a clear expectation. That’s information scent: a useful clue about what comes next.

02

Less effort between idea and action.

Recognizable sections, concise takeaways, and one primary call to action support cognitive ease. Make the email easy to scan without thinning out the thinking.

03

A familiar voice. A useful return.

A consistent sender, visual identity, and cadence build recognition. Judge usefulness by clicks, replies, and meaningful next steps; opens alone can be misleading.

Good questions, before the first send

A little more clarity.

Will the newsletter run fully automatically?

That is the planned service: collect from approved sources, draft in your voice, check the issue, and schedule through a verified sender after setup and explicit activation. You can review every issue or permit automation within your rules. Weak sources, sensitive claims, and connection problems hold the issue for attention. Automated delivery is not available in this preview.

Do I need a BlitzRank subscription or a blog?

No. Lettertempo is a standalone newsletter service with its own plans. Bring your own brand context, notes, approved sources, and sending platform. A blog is an optional source, not a prerequisite. Lettertempo has its own home and service scope. Your newsletter does not depend on a BlitzRank subscription.

Can I bring my existing audience and email platform?

Yes, that is the intended workflow. Your consented subscriber list stays with your sending platform. beehiiv, Ghost, WordPress newsletter services, and Kit have different plan and delivery requirements, shown above. Their subscriptions and sending costs are separate. No adapter is connected by this preview.

What does one issue include?

One newsletter edition of up to 800 words, up to five source links, three subject options, a preheader, HTML and plain-text output, and up to three revision passes. A completed edition supplied for review uses one monthly allowance even if you choose not to send it. Human editing, original reporting, custom template development, and subscriber acquisition are outside this service.

How much time or money will this save?

The aim is to remove repeated research, first drafts, formatting, and scheduling work by reusing your existing brand context. Your actual savings depend on your current process, review needs, and sender fees. We do not promise a fixed number of hours saved, an open rate, inbox placement, or revenue.

How do I get started?

Prepare your publication brief, then contact the studio to agree the sources, schedule, delivery setup and final price. Client workspaces and automated sending are being connected. A separate payment link can follow the agreed scope.

The details, in order

Good letters.
Clear terms.

Know the scope before the first edition. These are the proposed service terms for launch.

  1. Your publication stands alone.

Each service scope covers one publication and one brand voice. No BlitzRank subscription is required. Additional publications receive a separate scope.

  2. The price is monthly. The quantity is explicit.

Starting monthly scopes are priced in USD: Monthly $19 for 1 issue; Weekly $39 for up to 4; Weekdays $99 for up to 23; Daily $129 for up to 31. Taxes and email platform fees are separate. Payment timing and any commitment are agreed in writing before activation.

  3. A rhythm is a schedule, not an extra allowance.

Pick your publication timezone and sending time. Weekly covers up to four selected weekly dates per service month, not a fifth. Weekdays means Monday–Friday, including public holidays unless you pause. Daily includes weekends. No plan sends more than once a day.

  4. One finished draft uses one issue.

An issue is one generated edition of up to 800 words with up to five source links, three subject options, one preheader, HTML and plain text, and up to three AI revision passes. A completed edition supplied for your review uses one allowance even if you do not send it. Failed generation does not count; revisions within the included limit do not use another issue.

  5. Allowances reset. Bills do not surprise you.

The agreed service start date sets each monthly allowance, which does not roll over. A held or missed send is not automatically caught up in a burst. There are no automatic overage charges. Human editing, original reporting, custom template development, and subscriber acquisition are outside this scope.

  6. You own the audience and the final say.

Use a consented subscriber list in your own sending platform. Unsubscribe handling and delivery stay with that provider. Review every issue or explicitly activate automation within your approved sources, audience, and schedule. Weak evidence or uncertain delivery holds the edition for attention.

  7. A brief first. An agreed scope next.

The brief builder is available now. We confirm the sources, cadence, sender connection, review process, and final price before activation. Client and editorial workspaces are being connected. A separate payment link can follow the agreed scope; this planner does not reserve capacity, authorize a send, or start billing.
